I’ve always known that everything has energy, as a child touching rocks and things like wooden bannisters to ‘check they were okay’.

We ALL have that connection as children, we can see it when we watch how children play. Then life moves us along and we can get distracted. We feel so good when we go back into nature and connect again.

The markings on this painting represent journaling and remembering my true voice at seven years old. It’s personal but it’s universal.
